New Client Booking Policy

A small deposit may be required for new clients to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your appointment on the day.

Cancellation Policy

If you no longer require all or part of your treatments, please kindly contact 48 hours prior to your treatment.

If you fail to give notice of your partial cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the cancelled treatment(s) value.

​

If you fail to give notice of your full cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the full booking value.

​

You will not be able to rebook until all cancellation fees have been paid.
